Job summary

Concourse is seeking its first dedicated finance hire to partner directly with the CEO and build the financial foundation for strategic growth. You will own the operating model, forecast, and KPI reporting to guide pricing, market entry, capital allocation, and investor materials.

Based in Flatiron/NYC with flexible remote options for Canada, this role requires 2–3 years of FP&A experience and strong modeling skills.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of FP&A or financial planning experience, ideally at a top accounting or professional services firm
• Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills; build a bottoms-up revenue forecast and KPI dashboard
• Excellent ability to tell the story behind the numbers and communicate with non-finance stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Build and own Concourse’s operating model: revenue forecasting, unit economics, headcount planning, scenario analysis
• Partner with the CEO on strategic decisions (pricing, market entry, capital allocation) with clear models
• Develop and maintain KPIs and financial reporting for real-time leadership view
• Lead ad-hoc analyses: benchmarking, build vs. buy, contract economics, investor materials
• Build the financial infrastructure and reporting cadence to scale with the company
• Serve as internal finance partner to leadership and translate numbers into action
