Qualifications

• 3-4 years of combined investment banking and private equity experience.
• Elite financial modeling and forecasting skills; you can build a three-statement model, bottoms-up revenue forecast, or KPI dashboard from a blank spreadsheet.
• Sharp instincts for the story behind the numbers and actionable recommendations.
• AI-pilled: use tools like Claude to 10x output and build an AI-native finance function.

Responsibilities

• Build and own Concourse's operating model: revenue forecasting, unit economics, headcount planning, and scenario analysis across the business.
• Partner with the CEO on strategic decisions (new market entry, pricing, capital allocation, and partnership economics).
• Develop and maintain KPIs and financial reporting for real-time visibility.
• Lead ad-hoc analyses: benchmarking, build vs. buy, contract economics, investor materials.
• Drive fundraising prep and investor communications with polished data and narrative.
• Create financial infrastructure and scalable reporting cadences.
• Serve as internal finance partner to leadership on interpretation and decision making.
• Use AI tools to automate reporting and accelerate analysis.
