Job summary

Ethos is seeking heads of FP&A to help train an AI language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. You will own budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations across monthly business reviews, budgets, variance analysis, and board packages.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FP&A with ownership of executive or board reporting.
• Deep expertise in variance storytelling, financial exhibits, and business review materials.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks.
• Prepare monthly business review decks, budget/forecast presentations, variance exhibits, and board finance packages.
• Develop long-range plan decks and KPI dashboard slides for senior leadership.
