Job summary

Lawhive is seeking an experienced FP&A Lead to build and own financial planning across its fast-scaling UK and US group. You will establish the foundations of the function, owning forecasting, budgeting and financial modelling end to end.

You will bring experience standardising planning across multiple entities and providing senior stakeholders with clear, commercially relevant insights, using automation and AI to improve decision making.

Qualifications

• Significant FP&A or strategic finance experience with ownership of planning.
• Experience building FP&A processes and reporting from the ground up.
• Strong multi-entity experience with group-level planning.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills with strong modelling.
• Ability to analyse complex data and provide clear recommendations.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders to influence decisions.
• Understanding of revenue models, costs, margins and operational metrics.
• Experience improving financial processes through automation and AI.
• Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and builds structure.

Responsibilities

• Lead group-level forecasting across revenue, headcount, costs and cash flow.
• Build and own financial models supporting strategic planning and investments.
• Partner with senior leaders to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Establish scalable FP&A processes, tools and reporting frameworks from the ground up.
