Great River Group seeks an FP&A Manager to build the function from the ground up across a multi-entity platform. You will design reporting, forecasting, and KPI structures, connect operating companies to a holding-company view, and partner with the Corporate Controller to streamline processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 8–10+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience in a company setting.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Experience with ERP/reporting systems (Acumatica, NetSuite, Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-entity data aggregation and consolidate reporting across operating companies.
• Develop and maintain FP&A infrastructure: budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting.
• Drive data integrity by challenging variances and data sources.
• Identify opportunities to streamline accounting workflows and enable automation.
• Prepare and present metrics and KPIs to senior leaders on a regular cadence.
