Lawhive, a fast-growing, AI-native law firm with New York offices, seeks a Senior FP&A Analyst to own financial planning for a multi-entity group. You will manage forecasting, budgeting and modelling end-to-end, partnering with product, engineering, operations and commercial teams.

You should bring startup/scale-up FP&A experience, strong financial modelling and advanced Excel/Sheets skills, and comfort turning data into actionable insights.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or strategic analysis.
• Experience in a startup or scale-up, ideally building/rebuilding FP&A functions.
• Strong financial modelling capability and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Analytical, commercially minded with ability to influence decisions.

Aufgaben

• Own group-level forecasting across revenue, headcount, costs and cash flow.
• Build and maintain the financial models that support planning and investment decisions.
• Translate financial insights into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Lead budgeting cycles and standardised planning processes across teams.
• Partner with Management Accounting on performance reviews and variance analysis.
