Job summary

Higgsfield AI seeks an experienced FP&A leader to build and scale the FP&A function. You will own budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis while partnering with Accounting and budget owners across the business.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of FP&A, strategic finance, or related experience.
• Deep, hands-on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis experience.
• Experience building or scaling an FP&A function.
• Experience at a company with significant scale, ideally $1B+ ARR.
• Strong partnership with Accounting and cross-functional leaders.
• Exceptional financial modeling and analytics capabilities.
• Proven ability to operate in a fast-growing, changing environment.
• Strong executive communication and influence with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own company-wide budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Build FP&A function, processes, reporting, and cadence from the ground up.
• Lead monthly/quarterly budget-to-actual and variance analysis with actionable insights.
• Partner with functional leaders on headcount, spend, investments, and budget management.
• Collaborate with Accounting to ensure accurate actuals, accruals, and reporting.
• Develop scalable financial models and scenario analyses for decisions.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting for leadership.
• Improve forecasting accuracy and visibility as the company scales.
• Bring financial discipline without slowing the business.
