Job summary

Agility Robotics is hiring a Financial Planning and Analysis Lead to strengthen our finance function. You will partner with department leads and executive management to build budgets, long-range plans, and detailed quarterly projections.

You will own headcount modeling, cash flow forecasting, and strategic analyses, reporting to the Sr. Director of Finance & Accounting. This is a hybrid role based in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management.
• 5+ years related financial or business analysis experience.
• Excellent analysis skills and experience with executive presentations.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong business acumen and communication skills.
• Leadership, multitasking, and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual budgets with bottoms-up input from department leaders.
• Produce monthly actuals vs budget variances and explain material drivers.
• Lead headcount modelling and assess financial impact of changes.
• Generate cash flow forecasts and liquidity planning.
• Lead quarterly forecasting and variances analysis vs original plan.
• Support Digital Finance transformation initiatives and ad hoc analyses.
