Chime is seeking a Strategic Finance Senior Associate for its Growth & Marketing Finance team. You will partner with Finance, Marketing, Product and Data to manage budgets, evaluate growth initiatives, and inform investments with data-driven insights.

You will build trackers, develop insightful reporting, and improve forecasting processes to drive scalable growth and stronger ROI across user lifecycles.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of experience in Strategic Finance, growth or related field.
• Strong financial modeling skills and data-driven thinking.
• Experience with marketing metrics, acquisition channels, and KPIs a plus.
• Clear communicator capable of translating complex analyses.

• Partner with Finance, Marketing, and Product leadership to define success metrics and measure impact of growth initiatives.
• Develop, deliver, and maintain reporting to help leaders track progress vs. expectations.
• Support forecasting processes, systems, and tooling.
• Lead cohort analyses to identify drivers and opportunities across acquisition and engagement.
• Contribute to earnings prep and executive narratives with clear insights.
• Leverage automation and AI to enhance reporting and scalability.
