Job summary

CHAOS Industries is seeking an FP&A Analyst to own the monthly forecast, budgeting inputs, and partner reporting across engineering, G&A, and S&M. You will collaborate with functional leaders to drive spend decisions, headcount planning, and resource tradeoffs, supporting board and investor materials as needed.

The role requires 2+ years in FP&A or related analytical work, advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, and comfort with AI tools to automate workflows.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field or equivalent work experience.
2+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related analytical role.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Comfortable with AI tools and finding ways to automate manual work.
Familiarity with ERP (NetSuite) and FP&A planning tools (Datarails).

Responsibilities

Partner with functional leaders on budget ownership, headcount and vendor spend decisions, and resource tradeoffs.
Translate financial and operational data into clear recommendations for leaders.
Build and maintain recurring analyses for partner areas.
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline manual workflows and improve reporting accuracy.
