Ascension Search Partners is seeking an FP&A Manager to strengthen planning, forecasting, performance visibility, and decision support across the company. You will develop reliable financial models, translate business performance into actionable insights, and help leaders make informed decisions that support profitable growth.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or related discipline.
• Experience developing financial models, forecasts, budgets, variance analyses, and executive reporting.
• Strong understanding of income statements, balance sheets, cash flow, working capital, project economics, and drivers.
• Experience supporting multi-location or project-based organizations strongly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling; ERP/BI platforms preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Financial Planning & Forecasting: Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and strategic plans.
• Budgeting & Cost Optimization: Lead annual budgeting, monitor performance against targets, identify profitability and cost opportunities.
• Performance Management & KPI Reporting: Establish and track metrics, develop dashboards, analyze trends.
• Financial Analysis & Strategic Decision Support: Provide actionable insights, scenario analyses, and recommendations to executives.
• Operational & Project Financial Performance: Evaluate project profitability, margins, and regional performance.
• Executive & Board Reporting: Prepare clear financial reports and performance narratives for leadership.
• Cross-Functional Partnership & Risk Management: Collaborate to strengthen financial discipline and data quality.
