Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis.
• Experience leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling with variance analysis.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and performance drivers.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling; experience with SAP, Oracle, Anaplan, Adaptive Planning, Power BI or Tableau.

Responsabilidades

• Lead annual budgeting, long-range planning, and forecasting cycles.
• Develop and maintain financial models for planning, scenario analysis, and strategic initiatives.
• Analyze results against budgets and forecasts, identify drivers and variances.
• Provide timely, accurate financial reporting to leadership.
