The role requires strong leadership, GAAP expertise, and the ability to translate data into actionable strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• CPA or MBA preferred for leadership role.
• 12+ years in corporate finance; 5+ years in FP&A leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide vision and drive for the Corporate FP&A function.
• Lead planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Deliver insights to senior leaders to influence strategic decisions.
• Standardize and optimize FP&A processes and data flows.
• Collaborate with segments, accounting, and IT on transformation initiatives.
• Prepare Board and senior leadership materials with high-quality analysis.
• Manage long-range plans, budgets, forecasts (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Drive data-driven insights to improve operating performance.
