Job summary

WPP Production is seeking a Financial Analyst to support financial reporting and operations across North America. You will work with a team to ensure accurate entries, prepare journal entries, and assist with budgeting, forecasting and KPI tracking in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes SOX/internal controls, variance analysis, and close schedules, with a hybrid work model and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Background in Accounting and FP&A a must.
• Strong forecasting, budgeting, and reporting skills.
• Expert Excel skills.
• Experience with GAAP/IFRS and internal controls/SOX is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with reviewing financial schedules and ensure data accuracy.
• Run/Prepare reports for Fixed Assets ledger, depreciation, and prepaid accounts.
• Prepare and submit journal entries as needed.
• Support SOX, IFRS, GAAP compliance and audits.
• Review expenses and balance sheet reports for accuracy.
• Produce monthly reports for department heads and variance analysis.
