WPP Production in the United States is seeking a Financial Analyst to support financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for North America entities. The role focuses on accuracy of accounting entries, KPI analysis, and enhancing internal controls including SOX.

You will prepare journals, manage schedules, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to explain variances vs. prior years and budgets, driving efficiencies across the finance function.

Formación

• Background in Accounting and FP&A a must.
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Confident presentation and communication skills with management.
• Proactive and results-driven problem solver.
• Thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, financial modelling, budgeting, planning, and analysis experience required.
• Expert Excel skills.
• Strong forecasting, budgeting, and reporting skills.
• Experience within a billable industry is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with reviewing financial schedules to ensure data accuracy.
• Run/Prepare reports for fixed assets, depreciation, and prepaid accounts.
• Prepare and submit journal entries as needed.
• Support internal controls, SOX, IFRS, GAAP, and audits.
• Review invoices and operating expenses for accuracy and accruals.
• Provide monthly balance sheet reviews for accuracy.
• Support monthly expenses vs. prior year trends and accruals.
• Assist month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Prepare monthly reports for department heads comparing actuals vs. budget.
• Contribute to financial reporting (P&L, balance sheet, variance analysis, KPI tracking).
• Assist with variance analysis and explanations.
