Job summary

WME Group is seeking a Sr Financial Analyst to join the FP&A team in Los Angeles. You will support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis across the organization, partnering with Finance leadership and business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and improve financial visibility.

The ideal candidate brings strong financial modeling, Excel, and communication skills to translate data into clear business decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of FP&A, financial analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking experience.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting.
• Strong understanding of P&L, cash flow, and key financial metrics.
• Ability to analyze large data sets and communicate conclusions clearly.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and multi-priority management.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Support the annual budgeting process, quarterly reforecasts, and long-range planning.
• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and planning templates.
• Analyze actual results against budget and forecast, identifying drivers and trends.
• Partner with business leaders on assumptions and performance changes.
• Prepare analyses for senior Finance and leadership.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting with variance commentary.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and trends and communicate with leadership.
• Support management presentations and business reviews.
• Ensure reporting accuracy and consistency with methodologies.
• Serve as a finance partner to business units and operations.
