Ladders is seeking an Executive Director of FP&A to lead enterprise-wide planning, forecasting, and decision support. This role partners with segment leaders and senior executives to align financial plans with strategy and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive finance experience with leadership in FP&A or strategic finance.
• Experience in professional services, consulting, or government contracting.
• Strong understanding of federal and commercial revenue models and contracting structures.
• Expertise in services-industry economics and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Deliver executive and Board reporting with clear financial analysis and recommendations.
• Translate operational plans into integrated financial forecasts with segment leaders.
• Provide strategic financial modeling and decision support for growth initiatives.
• Strengthen forecasting accuracy through disciplined variance analysis and performance metrics.
• Oversee financial analysis for federal government contracting and compliance considerations.
• Develop insights for commercial operations, focusing on profitability and utilization.
