Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Director of FP&A in San Francisco to lead enterprise-wide financial planning and analysis efforts, aligning corporate targets with functional plans. You will partner with corporate functions to guide budgets, headcount planning, and strategic investments.

The role offers an opportunity to enhance planning processes, tools, and analytical rigor while building a high-performing FP&A team in a fast-growing tech environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of FP&A or related analytical roles, preferably in high-growth technology or AdTech environments.
• Experience in director-level roles with enterprise-wide ownership and executive exposure.
• Advanced degrees or certifications preferred (CPA, CFA, MBA).

Responsibilities

• Own and standardize financial planning processes across all business units
• Drive alignment between corporate targets and functional plans
• Serve as the primary finance partner for corporate functions, managing budgets and headcount
• Provide insights on cost structure and investment tradeoffs to leadership
• Lead development of financial models for strategic initiatives and investment decisions
• Improve planning models and systems for scalability and efficiency
• Lead and develop FP&A talent, raising standards for analytical excellence
