Job summary

Storm4 is seeking an experienced FP&A leader to own the consolidated long-range financial model and drive budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning. You will partner with Treasury and Accounting to produce board-ready analyses and guide capital allocation decisions, shaping the company’s financial narrative.

The role offers high visibility with executive leadership and the Board, requiring advanced modelling, communication, and collaboration across global business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 8+ years' experience within FP&A, Corporate Finance, Strategic Finance, or related functions.
• Prior experience with financial consolidations, executive reporting, and long-range planning
• Strong financial modelling capabilities, including integrated three-statement models and scenario analysis
• Experience supporting capital allocation decisions, strategic investments, M&A evaluations, or business expansion initiatives
• Experience within digital infrastructure, data centers, AI infrastructure, energy, power, utilities, or other capital-intensive industries is highly preferred
• Proven ability to build and present Board-level and Executive-level financial reporting
• Experience partnering with Treasury, Accounting, and senior business leaders
• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial information into actionable business insights
• Public company experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the consolidated long-range financial model (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Lead scenario modelling, sensitivity analysis, and strategic planning initiatives.
• Support Executive Leadership and Board reporting with insightful analysis and performance commentary.
• Coordinate annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning across units.
• Collaborate with Treasury on liquidity forecasting, capital planning, and cash management.
• Develop investment cases, ROI analyses, and capital allocation models.
• Build KPI dashboards linking operational drivers to financial performance.
• Ensure consistency between internal planning and external reporting with Finance leadership.
• Serve as finance business partner to Corporate G&A functions (budgeting, forecasting, headcount).
• Mentor junior FP&A talent and drive process improvements and reporting enhancements.
