Job summary

4over is seeking a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead our financial planning, forecasting, BI, and performance reporting. You will partner with executives to drive growth, optimize capital allocation, and strengthen liquidity in a fast-paced manufacturing and eCommerce environment.

You will oversee budgeting, long-range planning, and reporting, build advanced models, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive FP&A, Corporate Finance, Strategic Finance, Commercial Finance, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing FP&A, BI, or enterprise planning teams.
• Experience leading budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, modeling, and scenario analysis.
• Experience preparing executive-level financial reporting, including cash flow and lender reporting.
• Experience partnering with executive leadership for strategic planning and financing decisions.
• Leadership in finance transformation, reporting automation, and BI initiatives.
• Experience in manufacturing, eCommerce, distribution, or PE-backed environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Annual Operating Plan, quarterly and rolling forecasts, and long-range strategic planning.
• Develop forecasts for revenue, EBITDA, cash flow, working capital, and other key metrics.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting, variance analyses, and leadership reviews.
• Build financial models, scenarios, and business cases for strategic initiatives and capital investments.
• Identify risks and opportunities; recommend actions to improve performance.
• Lead reporting to the Board, Private Equity owners, and lenders with covenant compliance.
• Oversee BI and KPI dashboards; ensure data quality and governance.
• Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Ops, Manufacturing, IT, HR to drive results.
