Job summary

4over is seeking a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead budgeting, forecasting, BI, and strategic financial analysis. You will partner with Executive Leadership to drive profitable growth, optimize capital allocation, and strengthen liquidity while building scalable finance processes.

Reporting to the VP of Finance, you will manage AOP, rolling forecasts, liquidity reporting, and ownership reporting; lead BI dashboards and KPI scorecards; collaborate with Sales, Marketing,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 10+ years in FP&A or related finance roles.
• 5+ years in FP&A or BI leadership.
• Experience budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and scenario analysis.
• Experience presenting to executives and supporting strategic decisions.
• Finance transformation and BI initiatives experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Annual Operating Plan and rolling forecasts.
• Develop forecasts for revenue, EBITDA, cash flow, and working capital.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting and variance analyses for executives.
• Build financial models and business cases for strategic initiatives.
• Oversee lender/ownership reporting and covenant compliance.
• Oversee BI dashboards, KPI scorecards, and automated reporting.
