Job summary

4over is seeking a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting in a fast-paced manufacturing and eCommerce environment. The role partners with executive leadership to drive data-driven decisions and maximize enterprise value.

The candidate will oversee BI, long-range planning, and reporting for lenders, private equity, and management, reporting to the VP of Finance. Salary range reflects market for senior FP&A leadership in New Jersey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field.
• 10+ years FP&A or related finance experience.
• 5+ years leadership in FP&A or BI teams.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Experience with manufacturing or PE-backed environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual operating plan and rolling forecasts.
• Develop forecasts for revenue, EBITDA, cash flow, and working capital.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting and variance analyses.
• Create financial models and business cases for initiatives.
• Partner with executives to drive data-driven decisions.
