Job summary

4over is seeking a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and reporting. You will partner with Executive Leadership to drive profitable growth, optimize capital allocation, and strengthen liquidity across a PE-backed manufacturing and eCommerce environment.

The role collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Operations, IT, and Accounting to deliver data-driven insights and performance storytelling for strategic decisions. MBA/CPA preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive FP&A or related experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing FP&A or BI teams.
• Experience leading budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and scenario analysis.
• Experience preparing executive-level financial reporting including cash flow and liquidity.
• Experience partnering with executive leadership on strategic planning and financing decisions.
• Experience leading finance transformation, automation, and BI initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), quarterly forecasts, and rolling plans.
• Develop forecasts for revenue, EBITDA, cash flow, working capital, and other metrics.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting and variance analyses for executives.
• Build financial models and business cases for strategic initiatives and pricing.
• Identify risks/opportunities and recommend actions to improve performance.
• Prepare executive and ownership reports for boards and lenders.
• Oversee BI dashboards, KPI scorecards, and automated reporting.
• Partner cross-functionally to improve profitability and growth.
• Drive data quality and governance with IT for analytics.
