Job summary

Credera is seeking a senior FP&A leader to head the North America Financial Planning & Analysis function, partnering with the NA Finance Lead, the Executive Leadership Team, and regional counterparts to drive financial performance, planning, and decision support across the business.

The role focuses on leading the FP&A team, owning budgeting/forecasting cycles, delivering insights to the CEO and Omnicom reviews, and shaping policies to support growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
• 10+ years experience in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA preferred; significant FP&A or commercial finance leadership experience.
• Experience in Professional Services/Consulting preferred.
• Oracle experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the NA FP&A function, including planning, forecasting, performance management, and business reporting.
• Serve as a senior finance partner to the NA CEO and Regional Leadership Team on commercial performance and investments.
• Manage and develop a team of FP&A professionals.
• Own the annual budgeting process with NA Leadership, Sector Leads, and Operations.
• Partner with Global CFO and NA Finance Lead to establish financial goals and policies.
• Prepare financial analysis and insights for Executive Leadership and Omnicom reviews; analyze revenue, margin, utilization, and headcount.
