Job summary

Credera is seeking a senior FP&A leader to run the Financial Planning & Analysis function for North America, aligning with the Global finance team. You will partner with the NA Finance Lead, the Executive Leadership Team, and regional counterparts to drive planning, performance, and decision support across the business.

You will develop and mentor FP&A staff, lead monthly forecasts, and provide analytics for revenue, margin, utilization, and headcount to inform strategic decisions and investor

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in Accounting or Finance.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA strongly preferred.
• Significant FP&A or commercial finance leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the NA FP&A function, including planning, forecasting, performance management, and reporting.
• Partner with NA CEO and Regional Leadership on commercial performance and investments.
• Manage FP&A team (Manager and Analyst).
• Establish goals, policies, and procedures for FP&A with Global CFO input.
• Own monthly reforecast, variance analysis, cash forecasting, and working capital reporting.
• Prepare insights for Executive Leadership and Omnicom reviews (revenue, margin, headcount, pipeline).
• Lead ad hoc analyses for Omnicom requests.
• Oversee annual budgeting with NA Leadership and Operations.
• Collaborate on headcount planning, compensation modeling, and incentive design.
