KEEN in Portland, OR seeks a Senior Director of FP&A to lead NA financial planning and analysis for US and Canada across Wholesale, DTC channels. You will provide data-driven insights to executives and own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range plans with regional leaders in a hybrid work model.

The role requires 12+ years in FP&A or related fields, strong leadership, and expertise with Excel, financial modeling, and ERP/BI tools. Travel up to 10% may apply.

Qualifications

• Twelve (12) years or more of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, strategic finance, or related field.
• Five (5) years or more leading teams and/or a significant business, region, or commercial finance function.
• Experience partnering with senior executives and leading annual planning and forecasting.
• Experience supporting a complex North America region with multiple channels.

Responsabilités

• Serves as the senior financial partner to business unit leaders in NA and Canada, providing insights.
• Leads budgeting and forecasting processes; builds and consolidates plans; supports cycles.
• Analyzes performance trends; identifies risks/opps; prepares leadership recommendations.
• Develops and maintains financial models to monitor expenses, revenue, and planning assumptions.
• Provides expertise for tracking expenses, revenue, and planning information; reviews profitability.
• Manages and mentors a team of finance professionals.
• Collaborates with Controlling and other finance stakeholders for consistent reporting.
• Leads long-range financial planning with regional leaders.
• Develops pricing, margin, and promotional models to support revenue growth.
• Designs planning models including revenue bridges and margin walks.
• Manages planning calendar and aligns with Global FP&A processes.
• Leads post-mortem and ROI analyses for major initiatives.
• Liaises with Global FP&A to ensure NA results are aligned.
