Job summary

Credera in Addison, TX is seeking a Director of FP&A to lead the NA FP&A function, coordinating planning, forecasting and performance reporting for North America as part of the global finance team.

You will partner with the NA CEO and regional leaders on commercial performance, growth and investments, and manage a FP&A team. The role emphasizes strong communication, confidentiality and strategic advisory.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA strongly preferred.
• Significant FP&A or commercial finance leadership experience.
• Professional Services/Consulting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the NA FP&A function, including planning, forecasting, performance management, and business reporting.
• Serve as a senior finance partner to the NA CEO and Regional Leadership Team on performance, growth, and investment decisions.
• Manage and develop a team of FP&A professionals (FP&A Manager and FP&A Analyst).
• Own the annual budgeting process working closely with NA Leadership, Sector Leads and Operations team.
• Lead the preparation and analysis of ad hoc requests from Omnicom and provide insights for executive reviews.
• Establish and maintain effective financial controls, policies, and governance within FP&A.
