Antech is seeking a senior FP&A Director to partner with North America leadership, translate strategy into financial plans, and drive value creation. Located in NYC or Loveland, CO, the role oversees planning, analytics, and digital finance initiatives while guiding a team and maintaining strong governance across functions.

The position offers an incentive plan, travel up to 15%, and a competitive base salary with a focus on strategic impact and financial leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Master’s degree or CPA preferred.
• At least 10 years in Finance, with 5+ years in FP&A or finance partnering roles.
• Proficient with MS Office applications, financial systems and AI-enabled tools.

Responsibilities

• Strategic finance and business partnership to shape value creation.
• Monitor and improve operational performance and financial governance.
• Lead annual planning, forecasting, and cross-functional alignment.
• Coordinate period-close activities and provide performance analysis to leadership.
• Support ERP transitions and develop digital tools for reporting and planning.
• Mentor FP&A analysts and foster a high-performing finance culture.
