RouteThis is a hybrid, high-growth finance leadership role focused on FP&A, planning and cash management for a SaaS-to-AI transition. You will partner with the COO/CEO, own forecasting and close processes, and shape the company’s financial narrative for the board and investors.

You will lead a lean team in a hands-on environment, leveraging AI and modern tools to improve finance operations and governance, while aligning with strategic business decisions.

Qualifikationen

• Seven+ years of progressive finance experience with FP&A focus.
• Experience in SaaS or subscription business and revenue recognition.
• Experience preparing board/investor materials and cash forecasts.
• Fluency building live, rolling financial models.

Aufgaben

• Lead FP&A, weekly forecast across ARR, product lines, expenses and cash.
• Partner with COO/CEO on strategy and planning.
• Own monthly/quarterly close and create board materials.
• Manage cash runway, covenants, AR/AP and FX exposure.
• Design finance rhythms: approvals, forecasting cadence, collections.
• Support audit readiness, insurance reviews and internal controls.
