Job summary

RTS Management, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to build and own the financial planning, forecasting, and reporting framework for RTS and Evo’s global esports and media businesses. The role blends hands‑on analysis with infrastructure development in a remote‑first environment.

You will collaborate with senior leaders to translate operating assumptions into robust forecasts, improve visibility into performance, and support Board‑level decisions as the finance organization scales.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience.
• Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to own budgets and forecasts and present clear insights to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain annual budget, monthly forecasting, and long‑range planning.
• Partner with business leaders to develop revenue, COGS, headcount, Opex, and Capex assumptions.
• Maintain and improve the consolidated financial model across units and entities.
• Develop scenario analyses and translate operating assumptions into financial outcomes.
• Build monthly management reporting and support Board reporting requirements.
