Job summary

RTS Management, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to build and lead the company’s financial planning, forecasting, and management reporting across esports, live events, media, e-commerce, and partnerships.

You will partner with senior leaders, translate operating assumptions into financial forecasts, and help shape scalable FP&A processes as the business grows. The role reports to the CFO and emphasizes hands-on analysis, building infrastructure, and presenting insights to the Board.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience
• Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills
• Experience owning budgets and forecasts
• Strong P&L, cash flow, and financial statements understanding
• Ability to present to senior leadership and work with non-finance partners

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain annual budget, monthly forecasting, and long-range planning
• Partner with leaders to develop revenue, costs, headcount, and capex assumptions
• Maintain and improve consolidated financial model across units
• Develop scenario analyses and translate assumptions into numbers
• Build monthly management reporting and support Board/exec decks
