Atlantic Group is seeking an FP&A Associate to support financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis across a portfolio of operating companies. This role offers broad exposure and the opportunity to work directly with the CFO and senior leadership in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical foundations, solid financial modeling skills, and a drive to contribute to strategic decision-making within a growing investment platform.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of FP&A or similar analysis experience.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Solid understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasts.
• Experience with variance analysis and KPI tracking.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Onsite work in Boston.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages.
• Build budgets, forecasts, and scenario analyses.
• Track KPIs and analyze financial trends.
• Support CFO and senior leadership with reporting.
• Analyze variances and investigate discrepancies.
• Assist portfolio-wide financial planning and insights.
• Improve reporting consistency across multiple businesses.
• Collaborate across portfolio companies to enhance visibility.
