Job summary

Atlantic Group is seeking an experienced FP&A professional in New York to partner with investment and operating teams, lead budgeting and forecasting, and build models that drive revenue growth and EBITDA improvements across the portfolio.

You will prepare monthly/quarterly performance reports for senior leadership, support acquisitions and strategic initiatives, and conduct market research to inform investment theses and planning.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years FP&A experience at an asset manager or financial services firm.
• Strong financial modeling, Excel, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with investment and operating teams to evaluate portfolio company performance and translate results into insights.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across the firm and portfolio; develop models for revenue, margins, cash flow, and key metrics.
• Build financial models and analyses for acquisitions, add-ons, refinancing, and strategic initiatives including scenario analysis and returns sensitivity.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reporting for senior leadership, highlighting variances and trends across the portfolio.
• Support value creation by analyzing cost structures, pricing, working capital, and opportunities to improve EBITDA and cash generation.
• Conduct market, competitive, and company-level research to support investment theses, strategic planning, and ad hoc projects.
