The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of FP&A or related experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to translate numbers into actionable business insights. This is a highly analytical, detail‑oriented finance role.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or related quantitative finance role.
• Strong financial modeling and Excel proficiency required.
• Understanding of income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow relationships.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages for performance evaluation across multiple businesses.
• Track KPIs, analyze trends, and identify issues or opportunities.
• Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenarios.
• Analyze financial statements for accuracy and consistency.
• Support close processes with senior finance leadership and controllers.
• Investigate discrepancies and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Translate financial data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Assist with evaluating portfolio performance and monitoring results.
