Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Financial Accounting Systems Supervising Associate in the US to design, build, and optimize Anaplan-based planning solutions supporting forecasting and reporting. You will collaborate with finance and IT teams globally to ensure accurate data and efficient processes.

The role emphasizes modeling, dashboards, and governance, with opportunities to lead key initiatives and drive process improvements within EY’s US planning framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3-5+ years of relevant experience in FP&A and systems implementation.
• 5-7+ years of experience in a professional finance/business capacity with at least 3 years of supervisory, forecasting and budgeting experience.
• Involvement in at least one end-to-end planning / EPM system implementation or major planning model redesign (requirements through go-live).
• Good experience liaising between the business and the development team.
• Overtime expected during concentrated periods of activity (initial system implementation, annual rollovers, reorganizations).
• Ability to work in a highly virtual team.
• Limited travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into functional system solutions within Anaplan.
• Partner with stakeholders to design, develop, and deploy scalable Anaplan planning and forecasting solutions.
• Support complex analysis and reporting needs.
• Assess and communicate impact of changes on upstream and downstream processes.
• Build and enhance complex models for finance, analytics, and reporting.
• Design dashboards and reporting tools with actionable insights for decision-making.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance.
• Evaluate existing models to improve performance, scalability, and user experience.
• Support integrations between Anaplan and enterprise systems; ensure data integrity.
