Job summary

EY is seeking a Financial Accounting Systems Supervising Associate (Anaplan expert) to design, build, and optimize connected planning solutions for US forecasting and reporting. The role combines FP&A fluency with technical Anaplan administration and requires collaboration with global IT and finance teams.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in FP&A and at least 5–7+ years in finance with supervisory experience, plus experience with end-to-end planning projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5+ years in FP&A and systems implementation.
• 5-7+ years in a finance/business capacity with supervisory, forecasting and budgeting experience.
• End-to-end planning/EPM implementation or major planning model redesign.
• Experience translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Overtime may be required during peak periods.
• Ability to work in a highly virtual team.
• Limited travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into functional Anaplan solutions.
• Design, develop, and deploy scalable Anaplan planning models.
• Build dashboards and reporting tools for actionable insights.
• Collaborate with IT and finance stakeholders globally.
• Ensure data integrity and timely data flows.
• Provide training and document governance for sustainability.
