Job summary

EY is seeking a Financial Accounting Systems Supervising Associate to design, build, and optimize Anaplan-based planning solutions across the US. You will translate business requirements into scalable models, improve data accuracy, and deliver dashboards for decision support.

The role requires FP&A fluency, Anaplan expertise, and collaboration with global teams. The position emphasizes ongoing optimization, documentation, and user training, with potential travel and a strong focus on governance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3-5+ years of FP&A and systems implementation.
• 5-7+ years in finance/business with supervisory/forecasting experience.
• Involvement in at least one end-to-end planning/EPM system implementation or major planning model redesign.
• Experience bridging business and development teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into functional Anaplan solutions.
• Design, develop, and deploy scalable Anaplan planning/forecasting solutions.
• Build complex models for finance, analytics, and reporting.
• Design dashboards and reporting tools for actionable insights.
• Support integrations between Anaplan and enterprise systems.
• Troubleshoot data integrity and user access issues.
• Collaborate with IT and finance stakeholders globally.
• Document model governance and provide user training.
