Job summary

EY is hiring a Financial Accounting Systems Supervising Associate to design, build, and optimize Anaplan planning solutions for US forecasting and reporting. You will collaborate with global IT and finance teams to ensure data integrity and scalable models across the organization.

The role requires 3–5+ years in FP&A and systems implementation, with 5–7+ years in finance and budgeting, including supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience
• 3-5+ years of FP&A and systems implementation experience
• 5-7+ years in finance/business with at least 3 years in supervisory, forecasting and budgeting
• End-to-end planning/EPM system implementation or major planning model redesign
• Experience as a bridge between business and development teams
• Overtime during concentrated periods (system implementations, rollovers)
• Ability to work in a highly virtual team
• Limited travel may be required by business need

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into Anaplan solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders to design, deploy scalable Anaplan planning and forecasting solutions.
• Support complex analysis and reporting needs.
• Assess impact of changes on upstream and downstream processes.
• Build and enhance complex models for finance analytics and reporting.
• Design intuitive dashboards and reporting tools for actionable insights.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance.
• Evaluate existing models for performance, scalability, and UX.
• Support integrations between Anaplan and enterprise systems.
• Troubleshoot data integrity and user access issues.
• Collaborate with IT and finance stakeholders globally.
• Streamline manual processes via automation and data integration.
• Develop technical and business documentation for model governance.
• Facilitate user training and adoption across the organization.
• Stay current on Anaplan capabilities and innovative opportunities.
• Maintain compliance with policies related to system setup and maintenance.
• Interact with financial community and technical groups on issues.
• Participate in system integration, design, upgrades and enhancements.
• Apply AI and Machine Learning concepts where relevant.
• Prioritize and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Serve as SME in workshops and training sessions.
• Work on special projects as needed.
• Leverage US planning and reporting knowledge to meet business needs.
