Job summary

EY is seeking a Financial Accounting Systems Supervising Associate in the US to design, build, and optimize Anaplan-based planning solutions supporting forecasting and reporting. You will collaborate with globals teams, translate business requirements into scalable models, and ensure data accuracy across financial processes.

Ideal candidates have 5–7+ years in finance with FP&A and at least 3 years supervising or leading planning initiatives, plus strong Anaplan experience and communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5+ years in FP&A and systems implementation.
• 5-7+ years in finance/business with supervision/forecasting/budgeting experience.
• End-to-end planning/EPM experience (requirements through go-live).
• Experience bridging business needs and development teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into Anaplan functional solutions.
• Design, develop, deploy scalable Anaplan planning/forecasting solutions.
• Collaborate with IT/finance stakeholders globally.
• Build models and dashboards for finance, analytics, and reporting.
• Ensure data integrity and perform testing/QA.
• Support data integrations between Anaplan and enterprise systems.
