Job summary

Aligned Data Center is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A to support the company’s financial forecast, annual budgeting process, and operating plans. You will perform variance analysis and work on special projects under the guidance of the Vice President, FP&A.

The role emphasizes analytical rigor, cross-functional collaboration, and the development of financial models to guide strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; MBA preferred.
• 4-7 years FP&A or related advisory experience.
• Highest standards of accuracy and organization.
• Strong verbal and written communication; high EQ.
• Proactive, responsive approach to identifying opportunities.
• Ability to engage with senior leaders on complex issues.
• Hands-on with team members; willingness to roll up sleeves.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; SQL/BI tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze trends in revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capex.
• Monitor performance indicators and variances; work with leaders on corrective actions.
• Ad-Hoc reporting and in-depth analyses for senior management.
• Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives.
• Provide timely financial recommendations to management for decision making.
• Collaborate with internal business unit heads for forecasting.
