Job summary

Novogradac is seeking an FP&A Analyst to support budgeting, projections, and ad hoc reports within the Finance Department. This role is remote or hybrid, reporting to the FP&A Manager. The firm may offer remote or hybrid options depending on business needs and location.

The position requires 1–3 years in accounting/finance and a bachelor’s degree, with strong Excel skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with 1–3 years of experience.
• Experience in a professional services firm is a plus.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare analytical reports on employee productivity and firm performance.
• Compile and deliver reports in response to inquiries.
• Prepare and update recurring monthly and quarterly financial planning and budgeting reports.
• Update fixed assets and prepare depreciation reports.
• Report on complex data points and ad hoc finance analyses.
