Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, accounting, or financial analysis.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills with lookups, SUMIFS, pivot tables, and financial modeling.
• Familiarity with Power BI or similar data tools.
• Solid understanding of financial statements and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Support monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes.
• Maintain project-level revenue, cost, margin, and cash flow forecasts.
• Prepare budget-to-actual and forecast-to-forecast variances and communicate findings.
• Reconcile forecasts with general ledger and source data.
• Develop financial dashboards and performance metrics for leadership.
• Assist month-end close activities and project financial analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on pricing analysis and new project evaluations.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial models and reporting processes.
