GrayMatter is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst – FP&A in Pittsburgh, hybrid role. You will own FP&A dashboards in Power BI, build scalable models, and partner with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and Commercial leadership to translate data into actionable insights.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in FP&A or financial analytics, a Finance/Economics degree, and advanced Power BI skills (DAX, Power Query). Familiarity with ERP/CRM data, D365 F&O is a plus.

The Senior Financial Analyst – FP&A plays a critical role in supporting executive decision-making through forward-looking financial analysis, scenario modeling, and scalable analytics solutions. This role will work directly with the business and is responsible for owning and evolving the FP&A Power BI environment to ensure accurate, timely, and consistent reporting across the organization. The position partners closely with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and Commercial leadership to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights while driving continuous improvement in financial reporting and automation.
