Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to step into a leadership role, guiding FP&A initiatives with direct exposure to executive leadership. The role includes mentoring a junior analyst, delivering P&L analysis, and presenting insights to the CFO and other senior stakeholders.

The position emphasizes advanced analytics using Power BI and SQL, with a hybrid schedule featuring three in-office days after training.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of FP&A experience.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• SQL and/or Power BI data analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with department leaders and the CFO to support financial planning and business decisions.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and revenue analysis across multiple locations.
• Perform P&L analysis, variance reporting, and monthly executive reporting.
• Develop dashboards and leverage SQL/Power BI to analyze financial performance and trends.
• Present financial results, insights, and recommendations to executive leadership.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
