Job summary

Nexus Water Group is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to join our Sugar Land, TX office to lead Board and shareholder reporting, budgeting, and long-range planning. You will work with cross-functional teams to build accurate forecasts, track performance, and support major technology and capital initiatives.

In this role, you’ll develop leadership dashboards, coordinate monthly management presentations, and ensure data integrity across reporting materials.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or related field.
• Experience developing forecasts and analyzing performance.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate quarterly Board of Directors materials and governance calendar.
• Prepare FP&A content for Board materials and leadership dashboard.
• Manage monthly internal management presentations and shareholder reporting.
• Track monthly operating metrics and ensure data consistency across reports.
