dnata is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis professional to join our Houston team. You will develop, maintain, and improve financial models, support budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, and partner with operations to drive cost efficiency and growth.

The role emphasizes data integrity, ad-hoc analyses, and clear management reporting. Strong Excel skills, ERP experience, and collaboration across functions are essential in helping leadership make informed strategic decisions.

Formación

• Associates in finance or accounting or relevant experience 1-2 years in manufacturing environment.
• Manufacturing experience and/or Food Processing industry a plus.
• Sound planning and organizational skills, detail oriented and able to multi-task.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage and develop staff; proficient with Excel and ERP systems.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in budgeting, long-range planning, and rolling forecasts.
• Project future financial performance based on data and trends.
• Analyze results by comparing actuals to budgets and prior periods.
• Partner with departments to gather info and provide financial guidance.
• Prepare comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support key decisions.
• Ensure data quality and improve financial processes.
• Provide strategic support to leaders on costs and growth.
