Job summary

PK Companies Group, LLC in The Woodlands, TX is seeking a hands-on FP&A Analyst to partner with the CFO and operational leaders. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, board reporting, and performance analysis in a PE-backed environment.

This role offers significant visibility to senior leadership and exposure to board and sponsor reporting as you help optimize financial performance. You will automate recurring reporting, build driver-based forecasts, and implement BI tools while supporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 2-3 years FP&A, investment banking, private equity, transaction advisory or corporate finance.
• Demonstrated ability to build an integrated three-statement model from scratch.
• Advanced Excel: lookups, dynamic arrays, scenario toggles, auditable model structure.
• Strong PowerPoint skills and experience producing executive or board-level materials.
• Solid understanding of GAAP financial statements and how operating drivers flow to cash.
• Hands-on use of automation or AI tools in current work.
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to present numbers to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the company's integrated three-statement model (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Model scenarios and sensitivities for leadership and sponsor, including pricing and headcount.
• Track debt covenants, leverage, liquidity and support lender reporting.
• Support M&A and value-creation work: acquisition models and integration planning.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly board decks and PE sponsor reporting packages.
