Job summary

Riveron is seeking an experienced FP&A leader in Houston to deliver end-to-end planning, forecasting, and performance-improvement solutions for clients. You will develop driver-based 3-statement models, 13-week cash forecasts, and ROI analyses, leveraging planning tools and data visualization platforms.

You will work across Finance Transformation, FP&A, and interim leadership engagements, travel as needed, and contribute to client relationships and revenue growth while maintaining Riveron's

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in business or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in consulting/investment banking FP&A roles.
• Mastery of financial modeling and 13-week cash forecasts.
• Experience with planning/budgeting and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute FP&A project plans and deliver performance visibility solutions.
• Assist forecasting, budgeting, and planning technology implementations.
• Provide interim FP&A leadership and decision-support models.
• Develop ROI, 13-week cash flow, and profitability analyses.
