Job Overview

We are seeking a Finance & Strategy Manager to join our Global Delivery team at Salesforce. This role involves partnering with the Professional Services organization, focusing on revenue forecasting, analytics, and strategic financial planning. The position requires collaboration across teams and the ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Global Delivery Professional Services team to develop and implement financial strategies.
• Support decision-making on investments, operational efficiency, and resource allocation.
• Prepare and maintain financial plans, forecasts, and analytics.
• Design dashboards and reports in Tableau for performance monitoring.
• Lead strategic projects and ad-hoc analyses to inform business decisions.
• Contribute to a diverse and inclusive team environment.

Minimum Requirements

• BA/BS degree and 5+ years of experience in FP&A or related fields.
• Proficiency in accounting, planning, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Experience with process improvement and strategic projects.
• Strong data analysis and visualization skills, including Excel, Tableau, and Google Suite; SQL preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Additional Details

This role is hybrid, requiring 3 days per week onsite in Indianapolis, IN or Atlanta, GA.
