Ghirardelli is seeking a dedicated Store Supervisor to lead daily store operations while upholding our premium brand standards. You will support the general manager, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive profitability across restaurant and retail areas.

The ideal candidate has experience in fast-paced environments and can manage payroll, scheduling, and team development. This role requires strong communication and leadership to maintain brand integrity and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One+ year in a fast-paced restaurant or retail environment with six+ months as supervisor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations to deliver excellent customer service and maximize profitability.
• Manage daily store activities and sales floor operations, ensuring resources are optimized.
• Serve as a principal contact with Corporate employees and outside vendors when managers are absent.
• Model exemplary customer service and monitor safety, cleanliness, and branding.
• Monitor sales and labor costs to maximize profitability without compromising service.
• Address escalated customer issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with allergen policies and food safety standards.
• Utilize the KDS system effectively.
• Assist with payroll and scheduling under the general manager.
• Develop Chocolateers through coaching, mentoring, and empowerment.
